Students who will meet degree requirements for Fall 2009 graduation must complete an Intent to Graduate form available at the College of Graduate Studies website.

The College of Graduate Studies is continuing its effort to streamline business processes which will benefit students, staff and faculty. For students that will graduate in Spring 2010, we will be using the online Intent to Graduate process delivered in PeopleSoft. The online intent form will go live in October 2009.

Students will complete Intent to Graduate forms online via the myUCF portal. This form will be uploaded to PeopleSoft overnight for programs and colleges to view. Students will be able to view their pending and degree awarded status in myUCF. Late intents, certificates and students that earn a master's degree en route will need to complete the appropriate paper form.

Communications to students regarding the new process will be sent out beginning in August when fall classes resume. Training for faculty and staff as well as details on the new process will be also be announced by the start of fall classes.
